Well, that’s it for now. All the snow’s gone. In fact it all went just a few minutes after I took those pictures. Bah. I want a proper downfall! Still, it gave the tabloids enough excuse to use their age old headline “It’s Snow Joke”. Maybe they should come up with some replacement headlines, such as “I can’t believe it’s not rain!”, and “Quick! Take some photos, the country doesn’t look like a shithole for a day!”.

Well, the past week has been a bit slow for me on the blogging front. I’ve added some more CD’s to the gallery, I’ve upgraded Wordpress (as mentioned before), and Wayne celebrated his 27th birthday on the 24th. Well, I say celebrated, I don’t know whether he did or he didn’t.

Oh, an update on the Music Zone thing. I went in there yesterday. They’re also doing the 80% sale thing, and the receipt still has the whole “In Administration” bollocks printed on the top, though there’s no signs up to say they’re closing just yet.
picked up more desperately cheap CD’s… I managed to get “Red Book” by Texas for £1.97. Hurrah.

I’ll keep you informed on it, especially as I intend to visit the town more than once every month or so.

Onto food news, as I try to cram as much blogging as I can into the remainder of my lunch hour… I’ve found another lovely curry, namely Patak’s Chicken Bhuna. I saw them in Heron’s yesterday, and without hesitation, I picked up one. I did hesitate about getting a second one, just in case I didn’t like them. It was a bit foolish, as I did like them a lot. But, at 99p per serving, I suppose you have to be a little bit careful on these things.

One thing that did happen this week, I seem to be becoming more introvert by the second. I didn’t go out Tuesday night, and Wednesday night was the first staff night out for months, which I also failed to attend. However, Coatesy should be coming over on Monday night, so that should be a good laugh. I’ve not seen him properly since the beginning of August.
