Spent most of the day adding 100 more CDs to the Music Gallery
I have some pure tat, I’m sure you’ll agree.

Just for my benefit alone, and because I know for a fact if I don’t take a note of it somewhere I’m bound to forget it…
The BBC Racing theme used from the mid eighties until about 2001 is “Oddisea Veneziana” by Rondo Veneziano, from the album of the same name, and is 2′ 38″ in length.
Yes, I’m quite aware that this is indeed, a bit of a random post.
We had snow on Saturday!! It wasn’t a great deal, and it melted quickly, but there was enough for me to record.
EDIT: I meant to add a little more to this post except that. I’ll be deleting that Name Game post shortly, as it now has its own section… I’ve also added Noscere’s World to the main section too. I notice, however, that he posted an interesting picture of me on there. Would it be considered evil if I posted an amusing image of him on here?

It’s a bit of a sad day in two respects. First of all, the local Kwiksave (the only supermarket in the vacinity) is locking its doors for the final time shortly. Yep, its closing down… Daddykins noticed that it was closed yesterday, along with the one in the town centre. So, on my way to work, we went past, and what did we see? Yep, the dreaded signs… luckily I had my camera with me.

Well, despite the fact there’s absolutely no point in posting that picture because you can’t make it out properly, it does say “Closing Down SALE” in the window.
It’s confusing me, however. Is it closing, or just changing its name? You see, the name Kwiksave was owned by Somerfield. but on 27th Feb, it was bought out. And, on Kwiksave.co.uk, the local store isn’t mentioned, although the one on York Road IS mentioned. Technically it’s not on York Road, it’s on Villiers Street, so they’ve even got *that* wrong… I cannot believe how quickly it’s going to be set on fire once it finally goes.
I shall mourn the loss of the Chicken Curry slices I used to get from there. But I will NOT mourn the loss of their silly alcohol prices.
Another death today was of my Memorex 128Mb MMC card. It had served me well. For whatever reason it didn’t want to be recognised by my card reader after being unused for a few days. My cameras wouldn’t format it, neither would the computer. And, after taking it out of the card reader, it was noticeably warm.
Something was obviously wrong, so I completely ripped it to bits. It’s what it would have wanted.
So, work was interesting today. I took my camera into work today. That was worth doing. First off, I took a picture of “The Board”… at some point over the weekend, interesting characatures of the people I worked with suddenly appeared.

Also Bretty (aka Betty) had his drawers quarantined, under suspicion of Bird Flu…

No infection was found. You know, I have a suspicion that it wasn’t really quarantined, but instead a humorous jape had been played. My suspicions were confirmed after noticing his keyboard was upside down, with sticky labels over the keys, except for the number pad which had all of the keys reversed. Also upside down was the phone, and the monitor also facing completely the opposite way. Unfortunately, I missed his reaction as I had a meeting…
Also thrown at me was the following…

Soooo… to add up to my promise of adding a link, there’s a link to that site hidden somewhere on the page… bwaaaahahaha! Well, OK, it’s just gone 6AM and I’m feeling sadistic…
Oh, there was also some snow the other day. Didn’t last, and I can’t be arsed grabbing the images off the windowcam machine. You’ll just have to take my word for it.
